Methodology and assumptions
Revenue protected equals monthly case volume multiplied by the difference between the current cancellation rate and the configured One Mnet Health benchmark, multiplied by expected facility reimbursement, multiplied by 12.
Nursing capacity value equals monthly case volume multiplied by the configured percentage of applicable cases, multiplied by minutes saved per case, converted to hours, multiplied by estimated RN hourly labor cost, multiplied by 12.
Nursing capacity value represents the estimated value of nursing time made available for other clinical or operational work. It may not represent a direct reduction in payroll expense.
Cancelled cases are treated as lost cases. Results are planning estimates and do not guarantee financial or operational outcomes.
